The Stockland Birtinya Pedestrian Bridge is a planned 130-meter-long structure spanning Lake Kawana in Birtinya, Queensland. Designed with a 'cable stay' architecture, the bridge will feature a four-meter-wide shared path for pedestrians and cyclists, with a central clearance of up to three meters to accommodate watercraft. This project aims to enhance connectivity between Sportsman Parade and the expanding Stockland Birtinya town center, promoting active transport and supporting the area's development as a vibrant, walkable waterfront community.
