The Mandagery Creek Bridge replacement project in Manildra, New South Wales, entailed demolishing the existing 92-year-old bridge and constructing a new four-span, 70-meter-long prestressed concrete Super-T bridge. The new structure features wider lanes to accommodate higher mass limit vehicles and includes a pedestrian footpath on the northern side, enhancing safety and accessibility for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The project aimed to provide a stronger, safer crossing that meets modern design standards, ensuring reliable connectivity between Orange and Parkes.
