The Darwin Regional Water Supply Infrastructure Program is a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing water security for the Darwin region.
Stage 1 of the program focuses on the Manton Dam Return to Service project, which includes constructing a new water treatment plant, a 22-kilometer pipeline, and associated pumping stations to integrate Manton Dam into the regional water supply network. This project is expected to deliver an additional 7,300 megalitres of water annually, supporting the region's growth and economic development.
Stage 2 involves construction of the Adelaide River Off-stream Water Storage (AROWS) project, and an expansion of the Strauss Water Treatment Plant.

EDCo led the Commercial and Risk work stream as part of providing advice to the Northern Territory Government on procurement strategies and project development.
